Alexis Saint-Pete, the very first Polish contestant to make her mark on any of the RuPaul’s Drag Race franchises, came strutting onto our screens in 2023. She employed me to take on the role of creative director and photographer for two striking looks that she had commissioned for the show. The first look featured a tear-away ski suit that revealed a bikini UNDERNEATH, which we captured in the stunning French Alps as well as the picturesque Camber Sands along the Kent/Sussex coastline. For her second look, which was for the grand finalé, she commisioned vicki sarge to create an eye-catching piece that was dripping in gemstones. I wanted to create a set of images for this look that would be worthy of a high-end perfume campaign.
